I'd like to kwon how to configure header and footer for documents generated as PDF on Wiki Pages.
Do you have any document to configure PDF pages at MediaWiki ?

PDF support is not in the MediaWiki codebase - you or your site administrators if that isn't you have installed an extension. Check the page Special:Version on your wiki where there will likely be a link to information on the extension.
