Currently I'm using "{{:Special:PrefixIndex/{{FULLPAGENAME}}/}}" in some situations, but that returns all translated pages as well as English ones. Is there any way to restrict this to English only? If it can't be done natively, is it possibly to restrict it to a category? I know I'm clutching at straws, but.... It really would be helpful for some admin tasks.

Not with PrefixIndex, but you can use DynamicPageList.

Thanks. I'll look into that. The hope is that I can get it to work for all languages, possibly linked to Special:myLanguage.
