I set up Mediawiki here at work and I was wondering if there was a way to restrict the registration of users to use their corporate e-mail address. Basically, I want to set it up so that they can only register if they use an address that ends with "@siemens.com"

If you want to kill two birds with one stone, and you are using LDAP, you can set up mediawiki to use LDAP authentication either through my plugin:

or (probably) through remote user authentication:
