I upgraded a wiki today from 1.16.2 to 1.26.3 and all went well. The only issue I'm having now is that regardless of my User rights (administrator & bureaucrat) I am not able to edit the MainPage.
Any thoughts on what would cause this? I've combed through LocalSettings and can't find any GroupPermissions that might cause this.

Can you please provide a little more context? What do you mean by you are unable to edit the main page? Are you getting an error message or some other message?

Nope, no errors at all and I have error reporting enabled. The Edit function isn't even available on the page.

That is what I was trying to find out. Your issue is that there is no "Edit" tab on the main page. Try going to the history of the main page, then change action=history to action=edit in the URL.
