Hello guys,
I'd like to blank out the "category" or in my case "Kategorie" inside of the name that is displayed as sub-category. See my example "Kategorie:Einführungskurs: Kapitel 1: Sich vorstellen" at http://wiki.ziesche.de/w/index.php?title=Kategorie:Einf%C3%BChrungskurs&...
It should work because it is completely blanked out at wikipedia, e.g. here: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategorie:Thema_nach_Staat
How can I achieve this?

That may be due to CategoryTree extension. http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CategoryTree
I tried this extension and so far it works well and hided the category in the name of categories. But I still have some questions.
1. Take my main category at http://wiki.ziesche.de/wiki/Kategorie:!Hauptkategorie When I open the tree it only works with the first category "Kolleg" but not with the other two. I get the error that there occured an error while loading the data (translated as I have a german error).
2. The extensions allows to configure what should be displayed in the brackets after the category name. This is done in Mediawiki:Categorytree-member-num. Surprisingly I don't have the same thing displayed than wikipedia has although I use the same configuration there.
http://wiki.ziesche.de/wiki/MediaWiki:Categorytree-member-num http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Categorytree-member-num
At wikipedia the variable $3 D is only displayed when there's really some data within the tree. Example: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategorie:!Hauptkategorie
When this is not the case there's only the output: (31 K, 57 S) But mine looks always like: (1 K, 0 S, 0 D) - even when there is no data in it.
3. The german wikipedia has the nice additional explanation below the message "This category has the following 9 subcategories, out of 9 total." explaining what the output in brackets mean:
"In Klammern die Anzahl der enthaltenen Kategorien (K), Seiten (S), Dateien (D)"
How can I add this as I find it a useful explanation?
