I am observing the following problem while installing Mediawiki 1.9.3
MediaWiki 1.9.3 Installation
* Don't forget security updates! Keep an eye on the low-traffic release announcements mailing list http://mail.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/mediawiki-announce .
Checking environment...
Please include all of the lines below when reporting installation problems.
* PHP 5.2.1 installed Could not find a suitable database driver!
* For MySQL, compile PHP using --with-mysql, or install the mysql.so module
* For PostgreSQL, compile PHP using --with-pgsql, or install the pgsql.so module
Can anybody help me in solving this problem.?

Hi,
When you install PHP, you need to select the MySQL or Postgres driver. It is mentioned somewhere during the installation if you select custom installation.

If you are using binary, make sure you install libmysqlclient14-dev or something like that. Search for the correct version with favorite yum/apt etc... program.
