Hello,
You probably want to create a new skin to reflect your template :p In version 1.3 it needs to hack around SkinPHPTal.php to add your skin. Or you can simply modify the existing template for MonoBook skin : have a look at ./templates/xhtml_slim.pt

Look in your http server configuration, you need to setup a virtual host ie tell the server that www.newdomain.com is hosted in /pathto/ensikh/ .

Add / Edit the following settings in your LocalSettings.php :
# true = user must login to edit. $wgWhitelistEdit = true; # Pages anonymous user may see: $wgWhitelistRead = array ( ":Main_Page", "Special:Userlogin", "Wikipedia:Help"); # Who can access other pages not listed in $wgWhitelistRead: $wgWhitelistAccount = array ( 'user' => 0, 'sysop' => 1, 'developer' => 1 );
