Does the win32 convert.exe accept path names with a mix of
backslashes and forward slashes?
When using the win cmd shell, convert.exe has no trouble with the
mix of \ and /

Hello Diederik,
I personally don't have win32 but can you try running convert.exe from
the command line with the / and \ mix ?
Something like:
convert.exe 'c:\easyphp\www\mediawiki/images/e/e1/BenR.jpg'
It should not work, then try it out with:
convert.exe "c:\easyphp\www\mediawiki/images/e/e1/BenR.jpg"
and
convert.exe 'c:\easyphp\www\mediawiki\images\e\e1\BenR.jpg'
We probably want to convert / to \ when calling convert under win32
anyway. Please open a bug report on
http://bugzilla.mediawiki.org/ and
it will be fixed by one of us :o)
cheers,
