I've just upgraded to 1.16.0 and am using the new vector skin.

How can I get the animated sidebar items, as are on http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/ ? Is it an extension, config, skin edit, or what?

OK, so how do I specify elements that should be open by default? WikiMedia seems to open 'Community' and leave the others closed when you first visit.
