I am trying to get mediawiki to compare two lists and output a subset (A-B) = C I am using semantic mediawiki which will have dynamic result sets so hard coding the values defeats the use case. I havent done much with scribuntu, but is there a way to do that, or failing that, have an extension do it?

It probably depends where your lists are coming from (list of page titles?). Scribuntu may help definitely in almost anycase.

I am using a semantic mediawiki query to get a list of class IDs and then a second query for a set of users to see what classes non of them have taken. (IE what class can be taught for that given group). I can get it in a simple comma separated list for both cases, however I have never used Lua, or scribuntu to do anything before.
