No immediate plan for this; it'll depend on our actual usage and whether we see real strong benefits to 5- (or 4.1+)- only support. (Eg, we switched from PHP 4 to PHP 5 very quickly because PHP 5 is a *lot* easier to work with, with sane object semantics and a class autoloader, and it wasn't worth the trouble to maintain PHP 4 compatibility.)
