Is there a simple way I can list '''Recent changes''' so that changes done by myself are not listed?
Because of the way '''Recent changes''' are listed it is hard for me to spot among my own hundreds of edits the few edits done by others that I want to patrol.
Thanks,

yes, update to the most recent version. =)
You could give yourself the role of "bot" and then you can do "hide bot edits". A kludge I know, but may work for you.

As of MediaWiki 1.5 and above, click "hide own edits" when viewing recent changes.
