I know it sounds confusing, but if you could imagine it as an OS. You navigate to a new folder and right click, new document (or whatever). Is there a way this could be done on a Wiki? If not the location of it, just the New Page tab...that would be great.

You go to any article (folder) and add a new link (file). This link is red, follow it to fill the article contents.
