Hi All

Just upgrade from 1.5.6 to 1.7.1 and after update.php and refreshlinks.php completed with no errors I get the following error when I browse to the wiki

Notice: Undefined index: REQUEST_URI in D:\home\xxxxx\xxxxx.com\htdocs\includes\WebRequest.php on line 302

Any ideas what I have missed.
