Are you sure that it is not the other way round: "my Name" --> "My Name" This would be normal Wiki behavior (first character uppercase), apart from that you get what you write. You can override this behaviour: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgCapitalLinks (for no capitals at all) http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgCapitalLinkOverrides (for specific namespaces) There is also a way to override this behavior for a specific page, but I forgot where I saw it (being myself a newbee...)
