Hi, after 4 years, I just discovered that a user will not be able to see my references with <references /> if he is not logged in! However, Wikipedia can display the references without the need for a user to log in. How can I accomplish it?

This is probably a bug in your version of the Cite extension. See [1] for info on how to work around it.
