My wiki was upgraded from 1.8.4 to 1.9.3 recently. Everything seems ok, but one thing is strange:
I "moved" (changed the title) my User page "User:myusername" to "my work station" in version 1.8.4, everything was fine.
but after I upgraded it to 1.9.3, I can't access both "User:myusername" and "my work station". The fellowing is the error message
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:
(SQL query hidden)
from within function "". MySQL returned error "1267: Illegal mix of collations (latin1_bin,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation 'ifnull' (localhost)".
The environment of my PC is
* MediaWiki: 1.9.3 * PHP: 5.0.4 (apache2handler) * MySQL: 4.1.11 * Fedora 5
Is there anyone have the solution to get my User page back?
regard, ct
