I've just installed wiki, but it uses urls like this: www.mysite.com/w/index.php?title=page_title how do I do to make it work as www.mysite.com/wiki/page_title?

Note that if the installer selected the canonical URL form, it might be that PHP is running under a configuration where short URLs using rewrites or aliases won't work or will behave incorrectly, etc.
