It's just short for "my wiki installation," unlike "my Outlook" or "my Firefox," which make no sense at all.

Many people here refer to the wiki managed by them as "my wiki". This is very strange, because a wiki is not particular to anyone. A wiki is owned by those who use it, don't you agree?

Or the actual URI of the wiki itself, assuming that it's on the Internet as opposed to a company intranet. In a sense, it's like this in C++ or Me in VB.
