A question I'm sure that has been asked multiple times, though how do I install all the Help: pages? I want to grab all the ones from wikipedia....

maybe you can first export these files from wikipedi and then import them into your wiki.

On my wikis I have only one Help page that says that "the Help documentation is not installed, as this wiki uses the same software as Wikipedia, which see, minus all extensions".
Or else I would go nuts on trying to fill in all the redlink pages that come with MediaWiki.
At least I can say to users "I did mention why you clicked on XYZ help page and it says there is no such page."
