I think it is not possible to do this always for everybody without a code
modification.
I know this because I have hacked the code so thay I can put a 'MAGICWORD'
on the page (__NUMBERHEADINGS__) that will turn it on for that specific
page.
When I re-engineerd the code into the 1.6.x wiki code it didn't seem that
there was an option to do this.

I'd like to add the section numbers from the TOC to the outputed section
titles. Is there an option to do this? If not, can someone point me
towards the code that generates the section headings?
