By default, MediaWiki sensibly blocks upload of SVGs with links.
However, we'd like to upload some to our intranet wiki (1.19). Is there a setting to allow this?
(We already allow MS Office documents, so we're living on the edge obviously.)

You should be able to temporarily set $wgDisableUploadScriptChecks to false.
