I'm thinking that I would like to have the option to do this on
the upcoming Infinite Ink wiki. Does MediaWiki support anything
like this or are there any plans for something like this?
There is no feature I am aware of that does the above.
I would use MediaWiki's IP Blocking feature to prevent repeat offenders.
Other than that Soft Security really seems the best policy:
