In the wiki you can do this by looking at Special:Allpages (drop down
list for namespaces), or Special:Prefixindex (look for "Usergroup:"
and keep the namespace as main,0).
You can also use the API to get a machine friendly format.
For example here is the API command to get all the pages in the
template: namespace in the English Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&list=allpages&aplimiā¦
(note that if you have more than 500 there is now a helpful entry at
the top that tells you what the next page will need to start looking
from)
Usergroup: is a custom namespace, so in your LocalSettings.php you
will have to check what number Usergroup: was defined as. Or if you
don't have access to that, use the wiki Special:Allpages to do a
manual check and you will see the numerical value in the URL. (ie you
choose "Usergroup" from the drop-down list of namespaces, and in the
URL there will be something like "namespace=100").
The API has good documentation and there are lots of options.

hope this helps,
