I have a site which is not permanently connected to the internet.
I'd like to allow Wikipedia usage for users when they have no internet access, by using a local server with a copy of Wikipedia content.
How can I import the whole (English) Wikipedia?
I googled a bit, I see http://download.wikimedia.org/enwiki/latest/ contains the latest dump of Wikipedia, but it's still not very clear how to import all this into a fresh MediaWiki installation.
Any helpful hand out there?

And what about extensions used by Wikipedia? Where can I find a list of extensions used by Wikipedia?
Some of the things on the website may not work properly without extensions used by Wikipedia.
