I would set it up again, but the wiki was already set up, so it didn't
seem necessary. If you think it's best, I'll go through the set up
again, and see if I could get the new one working.

As for the cookies thing. I tried that before, and it didn't solve the
problem. I thought moving the files into another folder might help,
which caused the current problem.
