I've seen the problem in your wiki. Maybe you
should file this as a bug.
It does seem to be unrelated to the MediaWiki version used.

You can see the same issue in both locations. *After a few days*,
the issue usually resolves itself on its own, but it does take 36-72
hours before the "This page was last modified" string shows the
correct data. Which is annoying especially if you want to use
a wiki page to monitor a developing event. And it's not about
the browser cache. Maybe there's something wrong in the server
environment?
