I use version 1.16.2, PHP 5.3.3 (cgi-fcgi), MySQL 5.1.52 for more than a year already. Out of a sudden all attempts to create preview images (no matter whether I use "thumb" or another parameter) result in an error message: "Fehler beim Erstellen des Vorschaubildes," New original files are not affected, but no smaller versions are shown, even on file-pages! Strangely, the same error does not occur on a backup version of the same wiki on the same server. Also, I did not change any settings in LocalSettings.php. Last time the Wiki worked as it should is only a few days ago.
Any suggestions? Thank you
Bernhard
Hi all! happy holidays!
Does anyone know if there is a way to physically 'PURGE' all the junk entries for 'deleted pages'. I have to clean up a site whereby a lot of redirects are being deleated from the system. They were created when I activated $wgcapitalIinks = "false" and all the titles that began with caps were changed to lower case via redirects. I changed it back but the damage was done & now I need to clean it up. Thanks! frosty

You mean maintenance/deleteArchivedRevisions.php ?
Just to repeat the original question of this thread:

Sorry for hijacking your thread. I did it by accident. Was at work & using the crappy G-mail interface & did not see it was using an existing thread to obtain the address. Again VERY sorry. frosty
