Chances are, your configuration has been detected such that PHP is
running as a CGI module. If that is the case, then pretty URLs
(index.php/Title) will not be available.
You can test this by changing $wgArticlePath in LocalSettings.php to
$wgArticlePath = "$wgScript/$1" (there will be three or four lines
already there; a few comments, and both versions, with one commented
out - you can change this). If this works, all is well. If not, you'll
have to revert the change.

Hello
Could somebody tell me please how to change the
style of my title in my wiki? I would like to have
"index.php\Title" instead of "index.php?title=Title".
I don't even know if this is a PHP/Apache
configuration issue or does it come from a bad wiki
setup. PLZ help and thanks in advance.
Sincerely, Levente
