Every few days my wiki starts to act up. When you visit any page on the wiki you are prompted to download a file of type application/opensearchdescription+xml

The contents of the file are: <OpenSearchDescription> <ShortName>N.O.W. - Network Operations Wiki (en)</ShortName> <Description>N.O.W. - Network Operations Wiki (en)</Description> <Image height="16" width="16" type="image/x-icon">http://now/favicon.ico</Image> <Url type="text/html" method="get" template="http://now/index.php?title=Special:Search&search={searchTerms}"/> <Url type="application/x-suggestions+json" method="get" template="http://now/api.php?action=opensearch&search={searchTerms}&namespace=0|2|6|7|14|15|100|101|102|103|104|105|108|109|106|107|110|111|112|113|114|115|116|117|118|119"/> moz:SearchFormhttp://now/index.php/Special:Search</moz:SearchForm> </OpenSearchDescription>

If I restart Apache everything clears up and starts working like normal. Has anyone seen this before? What could be causing this?
