T74931 ( https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T74931 ) is about adding el_timestamp to the external links table. (IE the timestamp when a link was added) its been sitting for almost two years now. Can we get this fixed before it turns two?

It would probably help the bug to add reasons why this feature would be useful.
