In building our wiki, we want to use many of the templates wikipedia uses. These can be copied on individual pages and pasted into our templates. Is there an easier way (perhaps to download some script to populate our wiki with the templates used by wikipedia?)

I've searched and found some helpful pages on database dumps and special:export via xml on articles-but these don't seem to *just* include the template pages.
