Good news. Thanks to the input from mediawiki group, I got google adsense installed and working, and I was able to add the navigation links I wanted at www.peswiki.com

The links are a temporary work-around and will not work with the other languages. So I need to figure out how to configure the whole thing beginning to end. Can be another day.
