Hi,

I was trying to install mediawiki on my gentoo box. the gd library had already been installed, and when I installed PHP 5.1.4, it also indicated gd library support enabled. But mediawiki kept saying that couldn't find GD library or ImageMagick and therefore there is no thumbnail capability.

How does mediawiki determine the GD library support? And how do I solve the problem? Thanks.
