      Hi,
each time I send a mail to the list, I get normal message and another one like 
this:

받는 사람이 회원님의 메일을 수신차단 하였습니다

from [발송실패 안내] dragonbsl@naver.com 으로 메일이 전송되지 못했습니다,
which seems to be an asian site.
What does that mean  and how can I get rid of it ?
