Is it possible to set different "navigation links" (those to the left, above search box) on different pages?
Generally, I would like to have the same links on all pages, but on some, I'd like to have them changed.
Is it possible?

Generally, in terms of the way the software's designed, no.

The only hack I can think of that's not extremely complicated is to use JavaScript (such as the [[MediaWiki:monobook.js]] page included for all users using that skin) to set things by namespace (based on class="ns-X" where X is the internal ID of the namespace).
A more complex hack involving title regexes (in either JS or PHP) might be possible, but possibly hard work...
