You can connect to your MySQL database and run the query manually, if
you know how.
Otherwise, I'd suggest editing includes/SpecialUncategorizedPages.php
and changing the line
var $requestedNamespace = NS_MAIN;
to
var $requestedNamespace = NS_IMAGE;
and just using Special:Uncategorizedpages.
