If your search word is "Wiki" and if you press "Go", mediawiki will search for the page titled "Wiki". If that page exists, that will be displayed. Otherwise, search screen will be displayed.
If you click the "Search" button, instead of "Go", MW will search for the word "wiki" in all the articles and display the search results.
