If you're asking what I think you're asking, then the answer is that
all Wikimedia projects, at this time, operate using the MediaWiki
software, i.e. the code that powers Wikipedia also powers Wikinews,
Wikibooks, Wiktionary, Wikisource, Wikiquote and the Wikimedia
Commons, not to mention all the internal wikis.
