just looking for the reason of this:

No Copyrightwarning is displayed when editing an article. $wgUseDatabaseMessages is set to true in LocalSettins.php

Okay, now found one reason for this behaviour: I created a monobook.css for my login and so the message is no longer displayed.

Hmmpf, I want to use my own monobook.css but I also like to have the copyrightwarning - using 1.3.2...
