Which version of Apache & PHP should be used in order to have a stable Mediawiki 1.7.1 install on Windows XP?

I have looked at the installation procedure on Mediawiki.org but somehow I am still having Apache error code 20024 + crash because of an error in one of PHP5 module.

So, what are you folks using??
