Hello,
Someone tell me if there is an extension that makes a count of articles a
user access?
For example, user (1) accessed 20 times the article (A)
or
For example: The article (XYZ) was assessed five times by the user (A) and
10 times by the user (B) and so on.
Could anyone help me?

Hi, somebody knows if there is a way to allow users with wikimedia
projects accounts to login in my MW wiki?

Hi,
I don't think thats possible since you don't have access to the Wikimedia
user database.
Best,
Huib

I think he is looking more for something like OpenID but with Wikimedia
accounts, not for a copy of the user table**

Yep, but I guess that isn't possible since the Wikimedia Privacy policy?

Yes, but WM accounts are not OpenID accounts, isn't it?
Then, if I understand, there isn't another way to avoid
wikipedians/wikimedians to signup again in no-wm wiki projects.

My
www.PWSNotes.org <http://www.pwsnotes.org/> MediaWiki site, which I've
operated since 2004,
has been overrun with spam in the last month. I used Nuke to clean it
up. Unfortunately, neither ConfirmEdit with ReCaptcha nor
SpamBlacklist is stopping the spammers. I interpret this as meaning
that real people are doing the spamming. I just installed
ConfirmAccount, which I expect should bring the spam to an end, at the
unfortunate cost of making it harder for new people to contribute to
our community.
Bummer.

I don't think that's the case; my logs show pretty much instant data
entry. They must have found some way to break the service itself. I
switched to Questy with some simple things like "type the word X" or
"sum(2,3)" and it seems to be blocking them all so far.

Past few days I have been looking for a way to have a real single sign on
between mediawiki and phpbb. I wanted the login state in phpbb to dictate
that in mediawiki.
I got it working.
If you logout of phpbb, you logout of mediawiki, if you login to phpbb you
are then logged into mediawiki.
In mediawiki I have it checking the session of phpbb and doing an auto log.
BUT THERE IS A HUGE ISSUE:
I had to replace every instance of User (Class) in every mediawiki file
with mw_User because phpbb also has a user class.
I know a lot of people have asked about this. It is possible, but it is a
ton of work.
This is nothing short of a hack, but for anyone interested, I though I
would share.
