It should be completely painless. First make a backup of your wiki database (just in case!). Then copy the extracted 1.15.2 files over your current installation. Finally run 'maintenance/update.php' from your command line.

If you don't have a command line on the server you're using, you can also try re-running the installer. Copy LocalSettings.php to somewhere safe, run the installer like normal, then copy your old LocalSettings back.
