Hello

I would like to rename the "Talk" tab as "Arguments".

What is the easiest way to do it ?

As I use a french version of Mediawiki, I could have follow the way

"Talk" is translated into "Discussion", if I knew how it is done, and

replace there "Discussion" by "Arguments".

Could someone tell me how this translation is implemented ?
