Oops, I find the problem, I have *two* setting of session.save_path at my
PHP.ini...

Open up the PHP configuration and check that session.save_path is
pointing to a writable location; the default could be /tmp/something,
which isn't valid under Windows.
Check also that sessions are switched *on*, and that
session.auto_start is *off*.
