Howdy. I've removed the image in the upper left corner (that has the logo and links to the main page). Removing the image, however, still leaves behind an invisible box which still links to the main page. This 'box' gets in the way of clicking on any other links that may be within the ~200x200 box.
I have a feeling this box is defined in one of the style sheets but Ill be damned if I know where. Can anyone point me to the right location?

Within the skin's main.css file, search for "logo". If you know CSS, you should be able to figure it out. Double check the *fixes.css files as well. If users can use other skins on your wiki, you should make similar changes to each skin.
The remaining bits are in the HTML for the page. That will be in the /wiki/skins/ directory and is named "skinname.php", where "skinname" is Monobook, CologneBlue etc. There's a bit of HTML that sets up an anchor <a ...> for the logo.
