Maybe someone knows how to place a banner on each page of wiki (even newly created pages, and in edit, show - preview sections).
I thought about creating a template - Template:Banner and placing it on every page, but it would be quite tedious and would have to repeat it every time new page is added.

Maybe even more. Is it possible to add given content to each page. For example:
"Hello new user" on every page within a wiki?

The contents of Mediawiki:Sitenotice, if any, are shown at the top of every page.

For anonymous or logged-out users, use MediaWiki:Anonnotice. If you do not edit MediaWiki:Anonnotice, MediaWiki:Sitenotice is used instead.
