None of the 'user delete' type of extensions have been vetted
for safety in any depth. Now, some may be better than others
(and I believe User Merge and Delete is pretty sane), but it's
good to remember that this is an action that is not supported
in Mediawiki core code, so any solutions have the potential
of being less-than-perfect.
