Good morning!

I performed the installation of the extension DocumentApproval.php, ran the three scripts listed in the documentation, but had to change some Cóias, I run the following commands to the scripit 2, could run:

alter table fm_revision change rev_id rev_id int(10) unsigned; alter table fm_revision drop primary key; alter table fm_revision add primary key (rev_id,rev_page); alter table fm_revision change rev_id rev_id int(10) UNSIGNED auto_increment;

But after installing the special page VERSION goes blank if I go in and comment on the call LocalSettings.php "require_once ("$ IP / extensions / DocumentApproval.php")", the special page returns to normal. Can anyone help me?
