actually there are
several.
However after I sent the request for assistance. I tried just typing in
the actual string of error text that was produced by the site. I got a
reference to
Manual:$wgUseTidy
which I checked out along with the other configs referenced there, a&
was able to add the proper lines to LocalSettings.php. This seems to
have cleared up the issue.
I'm just posting here so anyone else that may have a similar issue can
benefit from my efforts.
